Shipping and Return Policy
Standard USA shipping and handling charges are free when you spend over $100! Orders under $100 includes a shipping and handling charge of $7.00 For standard shipping, we aim to deliver your parcel within 5 to 10 business days of your order being placed. We will send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our Customer service at email@example.com if you do not receive your package within 10 business days.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that you may need to return or exchange the products that you have purchased. We will give you a refund if you return within 30 days of the original purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label as well as return instructions.
International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
Haven Collective has partnered with a trusted company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with International credit cards, PayPal, Money Gram, Bank wire transfers, Alipay or other local payment options. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to GlobalShopex at email@example.com or 786-391-4868.
Refunds (if applicable)
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a shipping label and instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
