Recently, I noticed at HAVEN that we are so busy making yoga clothes that we are running out of time to actually practice yoga.

So, like any smart New Yorker with a Seamless account, we decided to order in!

Each week we will be bringing a teacher from our community to guide us through our "Private Practice" in our own HAVEN studio.  Tables pushed aside, rolls of fabric in the corners, garment racks pressed against walls..we roll out our mats and practice.

Our first week was lead by the lovely Kyle Freeman. Her thoughtful guidance and acceptance of our varying levels made for an amazing class, that resonated with us for the rest of day.  We are grateful Kyle, can not wait to have you back!
